- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Get out your check book. I have been a patient of Maplewood for over a decade, but have only been there once in the last year (had to have a tooth pulled 8 months ago). When I called today to make an appointment, I was told that since I am not a CURRENT patient, before they would see me, I would have to have a comprehensive exam with a full set of xrays (well over $200). Only after that, would they schedule an appointment. REALLY? They may want to stop sending me postcards telling me that it's time for a checkup...since I am not a current patient. There are several competent dentists in the area. There is no reason to go to someone who wants to gouge you before they drill you.April 14, 2017by Bob and Susan Rowland
