  Best Dentist I've Ever Had Treat Me. I was a patient of Doctor Cooper when he had a practice in Maryland and I followed him to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware when he relocated there because there is no one better. As a retired Naval officer, I've had dental treatment from many different dentists in many different geographical locations around the world. I've not had better than Doctor Cooper and his wonderful staff. He goes the extra step in ensuring that a treatment plan is followed to the letter and in accordance with exceptional dental practices. I have a full set of implants and am constantly complemented on my smile! Doctor Cooper is responsible for this wonderful work. I strongly recommend contacting Enhanced Dental Care if you need dental treatment. He's the best.

  Our family has been seeing Dr. Cooper for several years and we could not ask for a more comprehensive, professional or family oriented practice! Dr. Cooper's approach to how your dental health correlates directly to your overall health is unique and thorough. Dr. Cooper always makes the time to personally greet us and consult with each of us even when we are simply being seen by a hygienist for a routine cleaning. The front desk staff are efficient, organized and make insurance paperwork/authorization/billing a breeze. The front lobby is peaceful, relaxing and the complimentary coffee, tea or water is a nice touch. On a personal note: We have an adult daughter with special needs who has completely overcome her fear of dental care as a result of Dr. Coopers personal approach to her. She consistently requires more time than a typical patient but Dr. Cooper has never rushed or hurried her along. His energy is very jovial and disarming....and he takes the time to explain everything he is doing when she see's him. Unlike any dentist she has seen in the past; he respectfully lets her decide when to stop and start- which gives her a reassuring sense of control and comfort. As a result of his extraordinary patience and good nature, he has earned her complete trust and she has come to adore him. We are so grateful to have found a local dentist who can care for our entire family and plan to be a part of Dr. Cooper's practice for years to come!

  Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Cooper. He and his staff are so professional. My husband, Ed, needed some specialized dental care for his front teeth. Dr. Cooper was able to offer the newest technologies in implants that allowed Ed to have a completely natural looking smile. We are always pleased each time when we leave our appointments, even for just a cleaning, as we have had what we feel the best of care. Everyone in the office seems to enjoy their work, so it really a friendly atmosphere.
